肝硬化患者胰岛素敏感性指数48例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：研究肝硬化严重程度与胰岛素敏感性指数之关系。方法：按child-pugh记分法，对48例肝硬化分A、B、C三级，用葡萄糖氧化酶法及放免法分别测定空腹及餐后2小时静脉血糖及胰岛素、C肽水平，计算胰岛素敏感性指数。结果：肝硬化糖代谢异常发生率明显增高(p＜0.01)。三级肝硬化之间胰岛素敏感性指数有显著差异(p＜0.01)。结论：肝硬化患者的child-pugh分级与胰岛素敏感性指数呈负相关，随肝硬化程度加重胰岛素抵抗越明显。Objective: To study the correlation between the seriousness of he patocirrhosis and the index of insulin sensitivity. Method: Classify t he 48 cases of hipatocirrhosis into A,B,C three grades according to child-pugh method,determine respectively their venous blood sugar and C-peptide levels bef ore and 2 hours after meals using glucose-oxidase and radio-immunity methods,and then ,find the index of insulin sensitivity .Results: The incidence of clycometabolist disorder was remarkably high(p＜0.01).The insulin sensitivity in dexes among the three grades of hepatocirrhosis were significantly different(p＜0.01).Conclusion: In patients with hepatocirrhosis the child-pugh grading and the insulin sensitivity index showed negative correlation. The more serious the illness is,the more obvious is the insulin resistance.
