区域创新集聚下的企业知识创新系统研究

摘　　要：区域创新集聚是企业获取外部知识的重要途径,因此作为一个系统行为的企业知识创新,如何通过区域创新集聚获取创新要素,构建知识创新系统,实现永续的知识创新至关重要。从系统运行的视角,构建了基于区域创新集聚的企业知识创新系统,提出了系统的构成要素,揭示了要素之间的因果反馈关系,并在此基础上提出了系统优化的对策建议。The regional innovation agglomeration is an important way of gaining external knowledge, so it is essential for enterprise knowledge innovation as a system behavior how to gather innovative elements, to build the knowledge innovation system and to achieve a sustainable knowledge innovation. From the perspective of system operation, the paper constructs the enterprise knowledge innovation system based on regional innovation agglomeration, presents elements of the enterprise knowledge innovation system, reveals the causal feedback relationship between elements, and based on this, it puts forward suggestions on the system optimization.
