高职院校中外合作办学师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：高职院校中外合作办学师资队伍建设是中外合作办学事业发展的关键,但是在发展过程中存在着许多需要解决的问题。文章在对存在问题进行分析的基础上,借鉴国外高等职业院校在师资管理方面的成熟经验,提出了有针对性的中外合作办学师资队伍建设对策。The construction of teaching staff is the key to the healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperation programs in higher vocational education. Based on the analysis of the problems in Sino-foreign cooperation programs and inspired by the mature practice of vocational colleges in developed countries, the essay puts forward some constructive suggestions for the construction of teaching staff.
