摘 要:随着我国旅游业和酒店业的快速发展,酒店对人才的需求越来越迫切。许多酒店为了缓解季节性员工缺失、节约人力成本纷纷大量使用实习生。但目前实习生的管理存在着引导不足、激励不到位等问题,导致实习生对实习工作、实习酒店,甚至所在的院校产生不满。本文在梳理酒店实习生管理和激励方面文献基础上,选择ERG激励理论,分析酒店实习生的具体需求内容,并在此基础上构建基于ERG理论的酒店实习生激励机制,提出酒店、高等院校和实习生自我激励三个激励主体共同作用,对实习生的需求进行有针对性的满足,从而激发实习生的实习兴趣,提升实习的效果。With the rapid development of China's tourism and hotel industry, more and more hotels are in urgent need of talents. In order to make up for seasonal shortage of hands and save money, many hotels are employing lots of college students as interns. However, there have occurred some problems such as lack of guidance and motivation, which lead to dissatisfaction of interns with their jobs, the hotels they work for, and the colleges they are studying in. Based on classifying existing literature about management and motivation of hotel student interns, this paper chooses ERG Theory to analyze the specific needs of student interns. A motivation system is built up based on ERG Theory which calls for joint efforts of hotels, colleges, and student interns. The targeted needs of student interns should be satisfied so that the interns will become more active and the intern- ship will be more rewarding.
