摘　　要：[目的]研究肠癌患者及健康人血清中微小染色体维持蛋白2(minichromosome maintenance 2,MCM2)的表达及其意义。[方法]2012年采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测MCM2在直肠癌、结肠癌以及健康人血清中的水平,并分析其表达的差异。[结果]直肠癌及结肠癌癌患者血清MCM2含量明显高于健康人(P<0.01),但其与肠癌临床病理因素无明显关系。[结论]MCM2在肠癌患者血清中明显升高,提示MCM2在肠癌的发生中起重要作用,具有潜在的临床应用价值。[Objective]To study the serum minichromosome maintenance 2 （MCM2） levels in patients with colorectal cancer and normal persons and elucidate their clinical significance. [Methods]In 2012, the serum MCM2 level was meas- ured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in patients with colorectal cancer and normal persons. [Results]The serum MCM2 levels in coloreetat carmer patients were significantly higher than those in normal persons （ P〈0.01）, hut it had no significant relationship to colorectal clinicopathological factors. [Conclusion] Levels of serum MCM2 are elevated. MCM2 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. It has promising value in clinical application.
