摘　　要：分析了目前我国普通高校实验教学示范中心服务质量的现状,给出了精益六西格玛高校实验教学示范中心服务质量的应用案例。该精益六西格玛项目通过师生满意度调查收集数据,进行指标的相关性分析,并由重要性系数和满意度指数确定出各个指标在象限图中的位置,据此确定需要改进的指标项目,并追踪改进效果,实现持续精益改进。Analysis of the status of the service quality of our general experimental teaching demonstration center, the application of Lean Six Sigma activities in an experimental teaching demonstration center quality of service case. Through the satisfaction survey of the teachers and students, the project of Lean six sigma collected data, analyzed index correlation, according to the importance coefficient and satisfaction index to determine the location of each index in the index evaluation map, to determine the factors of need for improvement, and follow its effect so as to achieve continuous improvement.
