摘　　要：秉承服务地方经济发展宗旨,借鉴地方产业资源,着力提升实训基地档次和师资水平,提出以专业内涵建设为重点,践行"校中厂"和"厂中校"专业人才培养之路,培养"毕业则就业"、胜任企业技术岗位的数控技术专业人才,实现教学效果、社会效益双提高。Adhering to local economic development purpose, borrowing local industry resources, and in order to enhancing the grade of training base and the level of teachers, we proposed to be emphasis on Professional connotation construction. We plan to implement the way, “school in factory” and “factory in school”, to train professionals. We also aim to develop students to be “graduation employment”, which means the graduating students can be suitable for CNC technology professional positions. And all these above can realize the effectiveness of teaching and improve social benefits.
