摘　　要：为使船舶所有人代表能正确积极地履行其权利义务,更好地监督造船的整个过程,最大程度确保船舶建造符合合同要求,针对船舶所有人代表的特殊身份和工作性质,对船舶所有人代表在船舶建造合同下的权利义务及船舶所有人代表违反相关义务的后果进行探析.船舶所有人代表正确理解其所应有的权利义务,不仅可以帮助船舶所有人在船舶建造合同谈判过程中争取到比较有利的条款,而且可以在船舶建造过程中规避风险.In order to ensure that the shipowner representative performs his rights and obligations properly and effectively, and supervises the whole process of shipbuilding better, and ensure that the shipbuilding abide by the requirement of the contract to the maximum extent, in allusion to the special status and work of the shipowner representative, some issues in respect of his rights and obligations under shipbuilding contract and the aftermath resulted from the shipowner representative violating pertinent obligations are discussed. Shipowner representative＇ s proper understanding on his rights and obligations can help ship- owner not only to obtain favorable clauses in the negotiation of shipbuilding contract, but also to avoid risk in shipbuilding.
