摘　　要：在当前形势下,高职院校学报稿源出现了优质稿件偏少、专业类偏少、高职称稿件偏少、一年中稿件数量不均衡等问题。文章从办刊层次、办刊机制、办刊人财物支持等方面进行了分析,并有针对性地从学校、编辑部、编委会三个层面提出了一些建议。The editorial staff often meet with the following difficulties in their editing and publishing of higher vocational college journals： fewer quality contributions, fewer contributions dealing with spe- cial fields, fewer contributions by authors with senior professional titles, and disproportionate numbers of contributions in the different periods of a year. To deal with these problems, the paper first makes an analysis of the three aspects of editing and publishing： the journal level, operating system, and man- power and capital support, and then proposes suggestions accordingly for the three sections involved in the editing and publishing of journals： the college, the editorial department and the editorial board.
