摘　　要：目的了解目前徐州市三级医院临床一线护士心理压力状况,分析压力的主要来源及影响因素,探讨缓解护士心理压力的可行性措施。方法采用自制调查问卷,对徐州市三级医院504名临床护士的心理压力状况进行调查。结果临床护士的心理压力主要来源于工作量大、时间长、人员配备不足、福利待遇低、缺乏良好的人际关系及社会的理解等方面。结论临床护士的心理压力较大,各级护理管理者应采取有效的方法及措施,缓解护士的心理压力,提高他们的心理健康水平和护理工作质量。Objective To learn about psychological stress of the nurses working at the outpatient frontline of hospitals of the third grade in Xuzhou City,analyze stress sources and the influencing factors and explore the feasible measures for relieving the nurses＇ psychological stress.Methods The authors investigated 504 nurses in clinics of hospitals of the third grade in Xuzhou City with self-designed questionnaires on psychological stress.Results The sources of psychological stress cover big workload,long work hours,deficiency of men,low benefits,the lack of a good interpersonal relationship and social understanding.Conclusion The managers at all levels should take effective methods and measures to relieve psychological pressure of the nurses and improve their psychological health and nursing quality.
