摘　　要：目的了解徐州三级医院护士心理压力的新来源,分析其影响因素,探讨应对机制。方法自行设计调查问卷,调查徐州不同三级医院504名护士心理压力的新来源。结果现在护士心理压力除来源于工作量大之外,还发生了新的变化,来源于病人的压力、知识更新不足、各项检查太过频繁、后勤工作效率低。结论护士面临诸多方面的心理压力,采取适当措施缓解当前护士心理压力很有必要。Objective To learn about the new sources of the nurses＇ psychological stress in a hospital of the third grade in Xuzhou City,analyze its factors and explore the counter mechanism.Methods The authors made self-designed questionnaires on new sources of 504 nurses＇ psychological stress in different hospitals of the third grade in Xuzhou City.Results Besides big workload,there are new changes in the sources of psychological stress including patients＇ pressing,insufficient knowledge updating,too frequent examinations,and low efficiency of logistics work.Conclusion It is necessary to take appropriate measures to relieve the nurses from various psychological stresses.
