精神病人住院时间的季节性分析

摘　　要：目的分析精神病人住院时间规律,提出应对措施,为医院管理层决策提供帮助。方法采用季节比率分析法,对汕头大学精神卫生中心2005～2009年病人入院时间进行统计分析。结果每年的4月份是精神病人入院的高峰时间,其次是7,5,3月份,9月份后病人逐渐减少,可以得出,春、夏季是精神病人的住院高峰。结论医院应根据住院流量变化来合理分配人力物力资源。Objectives To provide the basis for hospital management by assessing the varying regularity of the hospitalization time of mental patients. Methods Analysing the variation of the hospitalization time of mental pa- tients in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 by seasonal ratio analysis. Results Spring and summer were the rush hours of our hospital admission. April was the peak time, followed by July, May, March, and patients gradually reduced after September. Conclusions The hospital should arrange the sources of human and material approximately by e- valuating the varying flow of hospitalization.
