单侧完全唇腭裂同期修复的几个问题探讨

摘　　要：探讨单侧完全唇腭裂同期修复方法的问题。　方法 :使用高频电刀切开腭部粘 -骨膜瓣、切断腭腱膜及去除前腭部翻转瓣粘膜上皮 ,三瓣法修复腭裂 ,瓦合瓣法修复鼻前庭裂 ,口轮匝肌功能性重建加五瓣法修复唇裂。　结果 :全部病例均在不输血的情况下一期完成 ,切口均愈合良好 ,形态及功能满意。　结论 :该方法简单、实用、是单侧完全唇裂同期修复的一种较好方法。Objective:To discuss the method of repairing unilateral cleft Lip-palate Method:High frequency electricity sword has been used in splitting palate mucous membrane periosteum flap,cutting off palate aponeurosis and removing mucous membrane epithelium of the flap“1”.Cleft palate was repaired with a 3-flap and cleft nose atria with a tile-join palate and cleft lip with a 5-flap. Result:28cases have been repaired in the same term and the result of the operation is satisfactory. Conclusion:We believe that this method is safe,effective,simple and one of the idea method for repairing unilateral cleft lip and palate in the same term
