精神分裂症与抑郁症患者探究性眼动分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症及抑郁症患者的探究性眼动(EEM)的不同特征。方法:对50例精神分裂症及48例抑郁症患者治疗前后分别进行了EEM测定,并将结果与正常对照组加以比较。结果:精神分裂症EEM测定的异常率为96%(48/50),而抑郁症组EEM测定的异常率为87.5%(42/48),两组EEM测定的异常率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精神分裂症和抑郁症组EEM测定凝视点(NEF)及反应探索评分(RSS)值较对照组减少,D值增加,其差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01),而两病例组相比,EEM测定各指标测定结果差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者的EEM异常程度较抑郁症患者明显,可作为精神分裂症和抑郁症患者诊断指标应用于临床。Objective： To explore the different feature on exploratory eye movement （EEM） with schizophrenia and depression Patients. Methods： EEM test was used for fifty schizophrenia and forty - eight depression patients, and the results were compared with the normal healthy peoples. Results： The abnormal rate of EEM test with schizophrenia group was 96% （48/50）, and the abnormal rate of EEM test with depression group was 87.5% （42/48）, The abnormal rate of EEM with the two groups have no significant differ- ence （P 〉 0.05 ）. The number of eye fixation（NEF） and the responsive search score （RSS） of schizophrenia and depression group were significant lower and the scores of discriminating （D） were significant higher than those with the normal control group（P 〈0.01 ）. and the indexes of EEM have a significant difference between the two case groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The abnormal degree of EEM test with schizophrenia patients were obvious higher than that with depression patients, It can be used the diagnostic indicator for clinic with schizophrenia and depression patients.
