帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮片治疗后的门诊分裂症患者的PSP、MSQ比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨经帕利哌酮缓释片与利培酮片治疗后的门诊分裂症患者的个人与社会功能水平及其对药物满意度的差异。方法:将64例门诊分裂症患者分为帕利哌酮缓释片组(28例)及利培酮片组(36例),分别于入组时和治疗后采用个人与社会表现量表(personaland social performance scale,以下简称PSP)和药物满意度问卷(medication satisfaction questionnaire,以下简称MSQ)进行评定。结果:治疗后帕利哌酮缓释片组的PSP评分显著高于利培酮组(P<0.001),前者对药物的满意度也高于后者。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片在改善患者社会功能和满意度方面具有明显的优势。Objective：To examine the effects of Paliperidone extended - release tablets （ Paliperidone ER） and Risperidone on schizophrenia patients and its difference between personal and social performance and medication satisfaction. Methods ：64 schizophre- nia patients were randomly assigned to research group 1 （ Paliperidone ER, n = 28） and research group 2 （ Risperidone, n = 36）, the two research groups were measured with the personal and social performance scale（PSP） and the medication satisfaction questionnaire （MSQ） before and after treatment. Results： The total score of PSP and MSQ were significantly higher in Paliperidone ER group than in Risperidone group （P 〈0.001 ）. Conclusions： Compared with Risperidone, Paliperidone ER has far more superiorities in improving the personal and social performance and medication satisfaction of schizophrenia patients.
