摘  要:目的比较快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)和微粒子化学发光免疫分析法(CMIA)检测结果,探讨CMIA在梅毒感染中的诊断价值。方法应用CMIA和RPR两种方法对本院收集的1 430份血清标本进行检测。结果 CMIA法和RPR法的阳性检出率分别为23.78%和22.80%,经配对四格表卡方检验,CMIA法的阳性检出率高(χ2=12.07,P<0.005);CMIA法的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为100%、98.73%、95.88%和100%。结论与RPR法相比,CMIA法具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可用作梅毒抗体的初筛诊断。且CMIA法为仪器操作,可用于临床标本的批量检测。Objective To investigate the value of the chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA) in the diagnosis of syphilis infection by comparing the detection results of CMIA with those of rapid plasma reagin circle card test(RPR).Methods Totally,1,430 serum samples collected in Hunan Provincial Hospital for Maternal Child Health Care were detected for Treponema pallidum by CMIA and RPR simultaneously.Results The positive rate of Treponema pallidum by CMIA was 23.78%,statistically higher than that by RPR(22.80%,χ2=12.07,P0.005).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the CMIA were 100%,98.73%,95.88% and 100%,respectively.Conclusions Compared with RPR,CMIA has higher sensitivity and specificity.It can be used for screening the Treponema pallidum antibody.As the CMIA can be operated on instruments,it can realize the batch determination of clinical samples.
