龙脑眼部清洁液对大鼠角膜损伤治疗作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的旨在研究龙脑眼部清洁液对大鼠紫外线照射后角膜损伤的治疗作用。方法首先建立大鼠角膜损伤模型,并以大鼠自身的左眼为对照组,右眼为治疗组。观察在一定治疗时间后,龙脑眼部清洁液对角膜损伤的治疗效果。结果龙脑眼部清洁液对大鼠角膜损伤治疗效果明显,并且在前期的治疗效果最好。结论为龙脑眼部清洁液治疗角膜损伤提供了初步实验依据。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of natural borneol eye care liquid on rats＇ corneal which was damaged by UV irradiation. Methods The model of rat corneal injury was established. The left and right eyes of the rats were respectively used as the control and treatment groups. After a certain treatment time, the effect of treatment by natural borneol eye care liquid was observed. Results The effect of natural borneol eye care liquid on damaged corneal was significant, especially at the early stage. Conclusion The results of preliminary experiment provided solid evidence for the effectiveness of natural borneol eye care liquid.
