柳树总酚含量与光肩星天牛危害的关系

摘　　要：利用菲林试剂比色法检测总酚,得出在树木的休眠期,光肩星天牛危害对树木总酚含量影响不大,而一旦进入树木生长期,总酚吸光光度值与被害率呈负相关,总酚含量对天牛的生长有重要影响,总酚含量低的糖槭是天牛取食的首选对象,总酚含量高时,天牛不喜欢取食。说明酚酸是植物抗虫机理的一个重要因素。We used the method of fehling regent colorimetry to examine phenolic acids.There was no correlation between the content of phenol and the percentage of infestation in the dormant season.In growing season there was strong minus correlation between the percentage of infestation and the contents of phenolic acids.So the phenolic acid gross was one of the important factors of the resistance mechanism.
