摘 要:针对备份部件检修实践中存在的假设主部件失效时间服从指数分布,只考虑无限次、等间隔检修策略的问题,为减少冗余备份部件的失效风险,提高整体系统的可靠性与安全性,提出一种备件有限次、不等间隔最优检修策略。首先将主部件的失效时间分布推广到威布尔分布,然后构建一种新的期望成本模型,在该模型的基础上,提出了最优检修策略的一些结构性质。根据这些结构性质,可以保证最优检修策略的存在。并且只需确定第一次检修时间,后续的最优检修时间便可通过结构性质迭代得到。最后针对惯性测量组件备份陀螺仪的最优检修策略问题进行了仿真,结果表明该检修策略的有效性。与等间隔的检修策略相比较,所提方法能够降低维护成本和管理风险,比较适合工程实际应用。Aiming at the problems that the inspection policy of the standby unit mainly focuses on equal interval inspection with infinite number of inspection opportunities under the assumption that the failure time of the main unit follows exponential distribution existing in standby unit inspection practice. In order to reduce the failure risk of the standby unit and improve the reliability and safety of the whole system, an unequal interval optimal inspection policy with finite number of inspection opportunities is proposed. First, the failure time dis- tribution of the main unit is extended to the Weibull distribution. Second, a new expected cost model is constructed;then some structural properties of the optimal inspection policy are developed based on this model. According to these properties, the existing of the optimal in- spection policy can be guaranteed. Moreover, it is necessary to only determine the first inspection time, and the subsequent inspection time could be obtained from the structural property iteratively. Finally, the optimal inspection strategy of the standby gyros in inertial measurement unit was simulated. The simulation result indicates the effectiveness of the proposed inspection policy. Compared with equal interval inspection policy, the developed method can reduce maintenance cost and management risk, and is suitable for practical engineering application.
