摘 要:随着机组负荷的变化,汽包锅炉水位动态特性发生变化,传统的串级三冲量汽包水位控制系统难以满足控制要求。为了改善水位控制品质,本文采用了模糊自适应串级三冲量汽包水位控制方案。在分析了350MW机组在不同工况下的汽包水位动态特性的基础上,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器;利用模糊规则,控制器的参数Kp、Ki、Kd根据水位误差信号进行动态调整。仿真结果表明,采用模糊自适应控制器的串级三冲量汽包水位控制系统在调节时间、超调量等性能指标上优于传统的串级三冲量汽包水位控制系统。Along with the load change, boiler drum water level dynamic change, the traditional cascade three impulse boiler drum water level control system is difficult to meet the requirements of control. In order to improve the level of quality control, this paper adopts the fuzzy adaptive cascade three impulse boiler drum water level control scheme. In the 350MW unit is analyzed in different conditions of drum water level dynamic characteristics based on the design of fuzzy adaptive PID controller, the fuzzy rules; the controller parameters Kp ,Ki ,Ka according to water level error signal of dynamic adjustment. The simulation results show that, by using the fuzzy adaptive controller for the cascade three impulse boiler drum water level control system in the other performance indicators better than traditional cascade three control system. regulation of time, overshoot and impulse boiler drum water level
