肿痛安胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比肿痛安胶囊和丁细牙痛胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法选择到本院进行诊治的72例复发性口腔溃疡患者为观察对象。观察组给予肿痛安胶囊口服,在服用肿痛安胶囊期间,不予服用任何其他药物;对照组给予丁细牙痛胶囊口服。观察并记录2组患者的平均治疗天数、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.44%;对照组总有效率为69.44%。观察组的平均治疗天数少于对照组。结论肿痛安胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果较丁细牙痛胶囊好,能加速创伤愈合,疗效显著,可临床推广应用于其他各类创伤以及手术引起的疼痛肿胀。Objective To compare swelling capsule and small fine toothache capsules in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Seventy-two patients with recurrent oral ulcers in our hospital were included in the study. The observation group received swelling capsule orally. During this period, no other drugs were taken. The control group received a small fine toothache capsule orally. The average number of treatment days, treatment, complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effectiveness rate was 94.44 % in the observation group and 69.44 % in control group. The average number of treatment days in the observation group was less than that in the control group. Conclusion Swelling capsule treatment of recurrent oral ulcers was better than the small fine toothache capsule, which can accelerate wound healing. The effect is significant, and it is worth applying to other types of trauma and surgical pain caused by swelling in clinical practice.
