进展期胃癌术前化疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸吡柔比星联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶在进展期胃癌术前化疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析本院2008年10月—2011年9月采用盐酸吡柔比星联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶行术前化疗的30例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料、治疗效果及不良反应。结果全组手术切除率100%,有效率73.3%。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发、轻度消化道反应、切口愈合延迟。结论胃癌术前化疗采用盐酸吡柔比星联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶安全有效。Objective To explore the role of pirarubicin hydrochloride combined with 5-flu- orouracil and cis-platinum in the preoperative chemotherapy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of therapeutic effect and negative effects in 30 patient who came from our hospi- tal from October 2008 to September 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group, surgical excision rate was 100%, and effective rate was 73.3%. Negative effect mainly included bone marrow suppression, alopecia, mild gastrointestinal reaction and poor wound healing. Conclusion Using pirarubicin hydroehloride combined with 5-fluorouracil and cis-platinum in preoperative chemotherapy of gastric cancer is safe and effective.
