摘 要:在当今的电介质极化理论中:(1)由外电源所提供的直流电场强度不同于库伦电场强度,相应的外直流电源规则也不同于库伦的规则。这些差别的存在,就给电通密度和库伦电位移的定义研究,提供了理论的依据。(2)交流电介质极化电参数的定义,本该从直流电源规则的基础上发展而来,但目前却受到库伦规则的困扰,给(绝对)电容率的定义带来了缺陷和遗憾。以上这些问题都是电介质中的基本问题,这些问题没有能够得到解决,正好说明了本文还有进一步研究的必要。In contemporary dielectric polarization theory, it is noted that first the strength of a DC electric field provided by an external source is different from that of the Coulomb electric field. The rule for the corresponding external DC source, too, is different from the rule for the Coulomb. The existence of these differences, in turn, has provided the theoretical basis for a study of definition of electric flux density and coulomb electric displacement. Secondly, the definition of the AC dielectric polarization electric parameters should rightfully be developed from the basic of DC source rule. Unfortunately, it is disturbed by the Coulomb rule that has brought defects and regrets of the (absolute) permittivity definition. All the above-mentioned issues are basic issues in the investigation of the dielectric. The situation in which these issues remain unsolved is exactly the reason why there's the need of further research on this article.
