摘 要:目的探讨化疗对恶性肿瘤患者血糖水平的影响。方法选择我院2009年8月至2011年12月收治的恶性肿瘤患者182例,所有患者化疗前均无糖尿病病史,回顾性分析化疗前后患者血糖水平的变化情况。结果 182例患者中,化疗后空腹血糖升高者占20.9%(38/182),其中6例(3.29%)化疗后被诊断为糖尿病;患者在化疗第4、5期后的血糖水平明显高于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。≥60岁患者的空腹血糖水平升高比例为29.4%,明显高于60岁以下患者的7.5%(P<0.05)。结论化疗可能导致恶性肿瘤患者出现血糖水平异常,特别是高龄老年患者。Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on the blood glucose level of patients with malignant tumors. Methods The data of 182 patients with malignant tumor treated in our hospital from August 2009 to December 2011 were obtained. The changes of their blood glucose levels before and after chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 182 cases, the increased fasting blood glucose levels after chemotherapy were detected in 38 cases, accounting for 20.9%, including 6 patients who were diagqlosed as diabetes after chemotherapy. The fasting blood glucose levels of patients at the 4th and 5th treatment cycles were obviously higher than those before treatment, with statistical differences (P〈 0.05). The ratio (29.4%) of patients aged≥ 60 with rise of fasting blood glucose was obviously higher than that (7.5 %) of patients aged 〈 60 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Chemotherapy might increase the blood glucose level of patients with malignant tumor especially for those aged more than 60 years.
