摘 要:目的建立水中21种苯系物和氯苯类化合物的顶空-气相色谱测定方法。方法向10 ml水样中加入3.8 g氯化钠,60℃平衡30 min后,采用HP-INNOWAX色谱柱分离,进行顶空-气相色谱测定,采用火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,外标法定量。结果水中21种苯系物和氯苯类化合物分离效果好,在1~100μg/L线性范围内,所得回归方程均呈良好的线性关系,r≥0.999 7,方法检出限为0.30~1.18μg/L。该方法的平均回收率为89.1%~112.8%,RSD为0.95%~9.68%。结论该方法具有经济、操作简便、快速准确、干扰少的特点,适用于同时测定水中21种苯系物和氯苯类化合物。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 21 kinds of benzene series and chlorobenze compounds in water simultaneously. Methods The compounds from water were separated by an HP-INNOWAX capillary column (60 m×0.32 mm,0.50 μm), detected by FID and quantified by external standard method after 10 ml water sample added with 3.8 g sodium chloride was balanced at 60 ℃ for 30 min. Results A total of 21 kinds of compounds were well separated and the linear relation of the compounds were excellent within the range of 1-100 μg/L (≥0.999 7), the limits of detection were 0.30-1.18 μg/L, the rates of recovery were 89.1%-112.8% and the relative standard deviations were 0.95%-9.68%. Conclusion This method has characteristic of low cost, simple operation, fast, accurate and little interference. The method can be applied for simultaneous determination of benzene series and chlorobenze compounds in water.
