特异性转移因子对胃癌患者淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察胃癌特异性转移因子对胃癌患者外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。方法　用胃癌抗原免疫小鼠 ,取其脾脏经匀浆 -透析法制备胃癌特异性转移因子 ,用MTT 比色法检测胃癌和消化道其它肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应。结果　胃癌特异性转移因子确有特异促进胃癌患者淋巴细胞增殖反应的免疫活性 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而对消化道其它肿瘤患者淋巴细胞无明显促进增殖作用。特异性转移因子促淋巴细胞增殖作用明显优于正常转移因子 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　小鼠来源的特异性转移因子在体外可特异促进胃癌患者淋巴细胞增殖 。Objective To observe the effect of specific transter factor (STF) on proliferation response in vitro of peripheral blood lymphocytes from gastric cancer patients. Methods STF was extracted by homogenizer——dialyzing method from the spleen of mice, which was immunized with human gastric cancer antigen.The MTTcolorimetric assay was used in vitro to test the proliferative response of lymphocytes from gastric cancer patients and from other digestive tract tumor patients. Results STF showed a definite immune activity specifically promoting the proliferative response of lymphocytes from gastric cancer patients (P<0001), but not to those lymphocytes from other digestive tract tumor patients. This function of this particular STF is better obviously than normal transfer factor (NTF,P<005). Conclusion STF obtained from mice promoted specifically in vitro the proliferation of gastric cancer patients lymphocytes and improves the cellular immune function. $$$$
