摘　　要：目的 :探讨颜面部皮肤软组织缺损的修复方法。方法 :应用局部双叶瓣修复颜面部圆形或类圆形皮肤软组织缺损。结果 :30例患者中效果优 18例 ,占 6 0 % ;良 9例 ,占 30 % ;一般及较差者 3例 ,占 10 %。结论 :颜面部圆形或类圆形皮肤软组织缺损直径在 2 .0～ 4.0cm者应用局部双叶瓣修复效果较为理想。Objective: To investigate repair methods of defects of skin and soft tissue in facial region. Methods: Defects of skin and soft tissue in facial region were repaired using cocal bilobed flap. Results: Of 30 cases, 18(60%) achieved excellent results, good effecs were gained in 9(30%) cases, moderate and poor effects were only seen in 3(10%) cases. Conclusion: It is ideal to repair circular or cirde-like defects (diameter in 2.0～4.0cm) of skin and soft tissue in facial region with biolobed flap.[
