摘　　要：双膦酸盐能减少乳腺癌骨转移中骨相关事件的发生，预防早期乳腺癌治疗引起的骨丢失、增加骨密度；清除骨髓播散肿瘤细胞和循环中的肿瘤细胞，防止乳腺癌复发和转移；减轻早期乳腺癌新辅助化疗的肿瘤负荷，改善病理完全缓解率。双膦酸盐在早期乳腺癌辅助治疗的研究结果中存在差异，主要获益亚组为绝经后低雌激素水平患者。Bispbosphonates are commonly used in patients with breast cancer to reduce skeletal-related events in metastatic disease, mitigate bone loss, and increase bone mineral density. Bisphosphonates ean decrease and cleare disseminated tumor cells in bone marrow and circulation tumor cells and then prevent breast cancer relapse and metastases. Bisphosphonates can lighten tumor burden in the breast when administered with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and improve pathology complete remission rates. Inconsistence is observed in large trials using bisphosphonates in the adjuvant setting of early breast cancer, but survival improvement is mostly seen in postmenopausal patients with low levels of estrogens.
