稠油流变性的实验室研究及应用

摘  要:稠油含有较高的胶质、沥青质,其黏度大、流动性差,给生产带来了许多不便,同时严重影响油井产量,特别是冬季影响更为严重。通过对GB1区块稠油的实验室研究,获得了部分实验数据,了解了温度、含水以及药剂等因素对稠油流变性的影响。其中含水率是影响稠油流变性的重要因素,随着含水率的上升稠油黏度呈下降趋势。温度是影响稠油流变性的另一重要因素,随着温度的上升,稠油的黏度也逐渐下降。通过实验室研究为下步改善稠油流动性,解决制约生产的难题制定有效措施和提供可靠依据,在现场应用后取得了良好的效果。Heavy oil contains high resin and asphaltene,its performance of high viscosity and poor flowability brought a lot of inconvenience to the production,severely affected well production rate.Through laboratory research for GB1 heavy block,some experimental data was obtained,the influence of temperature,water ratio,and pharmaceuticals on heavy oil rheological property was analyzed.Of which water ratio was the important factor affecting the heavy oil rheological property.With the increase of water ratio and temperature,heavy oil viscosity was reduced gradually.The research results provided dependable reference for improving the flowability of heavy oil and solving the production problems.And the application in the field was achieved good results.
