摘 要:以马尾松KP为试样,通过对木聚糖酶和漆酶辅助漂白系统中几个重要影响因子的试验,摸索各因子对酶辅助马尾松KP浆漂白性质的影响。结果表明,ABTS作为漆酶漂白介体时,用量在0~10 mg.g-1范围内,纸浆卡伯值随其用量增加而降低;介体吐温80质量分数在1%时,卡伯值最低。木聚糖酶用量为80 U mg-1,漆酶为20 U g-1时,处理效果最好。木聚糖酶在60℃时,漆酶介体在30℃时,卡伯值最低。木聚糖酶和漆酶介体处理时间为150 min和90 min时,浆料卡伯值低,黏度下降较少。木聚糖酶和漆酶介体系统pH值为6.0和5.0时,马尾松浆卡伯值下降了2.76和3.40。纸浆质量分数为10%时,木聚糖酶和漆酶介体处理效果好。Pinus massoniana kraft pulp was selected as the tested material. Effects of several important factors in xylanase and laccase assisted bleaching system on Pinus massoniana kraft pulp were tested respectively. The results show as the follows. For laccase, when the dosage of ABTS was from 0 mg.g^-1 to 10 mg.g^-1, the kappa number reduced as the dosage of ABTS increased. When the amount of tween 80 was 1%, the kappa number was the lowest. When the amount of xylanase and laccase were 80 U.mg^-1 and 25 U.g^-1 respectively, the treatment effects were better. When the xylanase and the laccase system of temperatures were at 60℃ and 30℃, time was 150 and 60 minutes, the kappa numbers were the lowest. The pH values of the xylanase and laccase system were 6.0 and 5.0, the kappa number accordingly reduced by 2.76 and 3.40. For the two enzymes assisted bleaching system, when the pulp consistency was 10%, the effects were better.
