摘 要:简述国内外高速铁路无碴轨道的发展概况,针对高速铁路施工精度要求高、工序控制严格的特点,结合京津城际轨道交通工程实例,研究了博格板式无碴轨道的施工技术,对德国博格公司的施工工艺做了改进。同时,在施工中采用了许多新材料和新工艺,主要有电气绝缘、轨道板的吊装与铺设、CA砂浆、轨道板的张拉等。应用了高度可调节的底座板模板,改进了轨道板粗铺定位方法,从而保证了施工精度要求;设置的临时端刺以及移动门式起重机配合吊车的轨道板吊装就位方法加快了施工进度。工程实践证明,该法精度高,施工工期短,经济效益明显。This paper firstly presents a review of ballastless track on high-speed railways in China and abroad.High-speed railway generally possesses characteristics of high precision in construction and strictness in process control.Aimed at above characteristics,combined with the project of Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail transit,we studied the construction technology of the ballastless CRTSII track and improved the construction technology provided by German Borg company.At the same time,many new materials were used and new technology adopted in the construction,mainly including electrical insulation,the hoisting and laying of track plates,CA mortar,tensioning of track plates and so on.Height-adjustable moulding of the base plate was applied and the method of rough pavement positioning of track plates was improved as well,which can meet the requirement of precision in construction.The setting of temporary end thorn and mobile gantry crane with derrick truck for hoisting and laying of track plates sped up the construction progress.Practice proves that the improved technology takes advantages of higher precision,shorter construction period,and obvious economic benefit.
