摘  要:采用18S rDNA序列为基础的系统分析方法,对采自嘉陵江磁器口江段的黄颡单尾虫Unicauda pelteobagrus Ma,1998进行了分子系统学研究,首次给出了黄颡单尾虫的SSU rDNA序列信息.同时基于18SrDNA数据、遗传距离和系统树特征讨论了尾单尾虫Unicauda caudatus和黄颡单尾虫的系统关系.结果表明,尾单尾虫与尾碘泡虫的系统关系较近,而与黄颡单尾虫系统关系较远,不支持将尾单尾孢虫和黄颡单尾虫同置于单尾虫属中,并对单尾虫属的有效性提出质疑.The molecular phylogeny for Unicauda pelteobagrus Ma, 1998, isolated from Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in Ciqikou area of Jialing River, Chongqing China, was studied based on 18S rDNA sequences. The present work also first supplied the 18S rDNA sequences information of Unicauda pelteobagrus Ma, 1998. At the same time, the phylogenic relationship between U. pelteobagrus and U. caudatus was discussed inferred from the 18S rDNA sequences, genetic distance and the characteristics of the phylogenetic tree. The result indicates that U. caudatus has much closer phylogenetic relationship with Myxobolus caudatus and far away from U. pelteobagrus, which did not support the viewpoint that putting U. caudatus and U. pelteobagrus into the same genus Unicauda. The present study also revealed that the validity of genus Unicauda was questionable.
