摘　　要：血管紧张素(angiotensin,Ang)AT4受体在大脑中作用的研究受到越来越多的重视。该受体广泛分布于哺乳动物的海马、新皮质、小脑等部位,可被AngⅣ激活,与学习和记忆功能有关。文中就AT4受体在学习、记忆功能中的研究进展作一综述。There is increasing interest in the role of the brain angiotensin receptor subtype AT4 in cognitive processing. This receptor subtype is activated by angiotensin, is heavily distributed in the mammalian hippocampus, neocortex and cerebellum, and has been linked with a learning and memory function.
