摘 要:MicroRNA(miRNA)是一段长约22个核苷酸的非编码单链核糖核酸,其调控着细胞的增殖、分化、代谢等一系列生物过程,特别与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移及预后等密切相关。卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见的肿瘤之一,其早期诊断困难,预后较差。大量的研究表明miRNA与卵巢癌有密切的关系,通过卵巢癌中的miRNA表达谱分析,发现了很多在卵巢癌患者中下调或上调的miRNA。文中就miRNA在卵巢癌诊断、发生机制、治疗、预后等方面的研究进行综述。MicroRNA (miRNA) is species of small noncoding single-stranded RNA with the length of some 22 nucleotides, which regulates a series of biological processes of cells, including cell proliferation, differentiation and metabolism, and also plays an important role in the pathogenesis, progression, metastasis and prognosis of tumors. Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malig- nant tumors in the female reproductive system, which defies early diagnosis and has a poor prognosis. A lot of studies have shown that miRNA is closely related to ovarian cancer. Our analysis of miRNA expression profiling revealed some up- or down-regulated miRNAs in ovarian cancer patients. This review focuses on the recent findings on miRNA in the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and progno- sis of ovarian cancer.
