丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶治疗进展性卒中对血清TNF-α和IL-8含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶静脉注射治疗对进展性卒中患者血清TNF-α、IL-8含量的影响。方法对120例急性进展性卒中的患者随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶,对照组在常规治疗的基础上只加用降纤酶,于治疗前及治疗后第1d、5d、15d进行临床疗效及神经功能缺损评分,并于治疗前和治疗后15d检测两组患者血清TNF-α和IL-8的含量。结果两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05),治疗后两组TNF-α和IL-8含量均明显减少(P<0.05),治疗组降低更加显著(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合降纤酶治疗可改善临床症状,可能与下调TNF-α和IL-8有关。Objective To investigate the effects on serum TNF - α and IL - 8 of the treatment of progressive stroke with Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection and Defibrase. Methods 120 patients with progressive stroke were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （60cases） was treated with Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and Defibrase, the control group （60cases） was treated with defibrase only. The neural function deficits and the clinical curative effects before and on the 1,5,15 days after the treatment were observed. The serum TNF- α and IL -8 protein before and on the 15 days after the treatment were analyzed. Results The neural function deficits evaluation and clinical curative effects were improved in the two groups after the treatment, especially of the treatment group（P 〈0.05 ）. The level of serum TNF- α and IL- 8 protein were significantly decreased in the two groups before and after the treatment, especially in the treatment group. Conclusion Treatment of Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection and Defibrase can reduce brain damage and improve the clinical symptoms, it is related with the down - related TNF - α and IL - 8.
