摘　　要：本文报道1例甲亢多年后合并重症肌无力的29岁男性患者，经新斯的明试验确诊并治疗后，甲亢与重症肌无力均得到有效控制。随访2年余未再复发。This paper presents a case of hyperthyroidism with myasthenia gravis （MG） , diagnosed by neostigmine-test. Thyrotoxicosis and clinical manifestations of MG were controlled by acetylcholinesterase -inhibitor and immuno-suppressive medicine. Being followed for more than 2 years, the patient had been free of clinical symptoms of MG and his thyroid function was normal.
