二陈汤对高脂饮食Wistar大鼠体重及其血脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：[目的]通过高脂饮食喂养Wistar大鼠,进而观察传统中医燥湿化痰方药二陈汤对Wistar大鼠体重和血脂代谢的影响。[方法]采用高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠4周,然后予以二陈汤浓缩煎药灌胃治疗2周,观察Wistar大鼠体重、空腹血糖、血浆胰岛素、甘油三酯和胆固醇水平等指标的变化。[结果]普通饮食和高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠4周后,大鼠体重均升高;而高脂饲料喂养组大鼠的空腹血糖和血浆胰岛素水平均较正常对照组的数值升高有显著性(P<0.001)。二陈汤浓缩煎剂喂养2周后,大鼠的体重则较正常对照组有减轻(P﹤0.05),其血浆甘油三酯、胆固醇水平亦较正常对照组下降有显著性(P﹤0.001),而对于空腹血糖和血浆胰岛素水平则无明显改善。[结论]二陈汤在降低肥胖Wistar大鼠的体重、甘油三酯和胆固醇等方面均有较好的疗效,推测肥胖大鼠其内在中医病理机制可能以痰湿为主。[Objective] To observe the influence of traditional TCM Ercheng Decoction removing dampness to reduce phlegm on Wistar rats＇ weight and lipid metabolism by feeding the rats with high-fat diet.[Method] Feed the Wistar rats with high-fat diet for 4w,treat them with Erchen Decoction by gavage for 2w,then observe the changes of weight,fast glucose,plasma insulin,TG and cholesterol.[Result] After 4w,their weight increased;while the rats with high-fat diet had more fast glucose and plasma insulin than normal control group.The weight was a little reduced compared to control group,as well as the TG and cholesterol levels;but there＇s no marked improvement on fast glucose and plasma insulin.[Conclusion] Erchen Decoction has good cure effect on reducing Wistar rats＇ weight,TG and cholesterol,inferring that fat rats have pathological mechanism in TCM centering on phlegm and dampness.
