摘 要:目的:探讨"导悟式"教学法在《基础护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法:分别采用"导悟式"教学法与传统教学法对两组学生进行《基础护理学》课程的教学,比较两组护理专业学生的理论与技能成绩,并采用自设问卷调查了解学生对"导悟式"教学法的评价。结果:应用"导悟式"教学法的学生组其理论、技能成绩均优于传统教学法组(P<0.01),学生对"导悟式"教学法的评价较高。结论:"导悟式"教学法应用于《基础护理学》教学,能激发学生的学习兴趣,有利于培养其对知识综合运用的能力及人文关怀精神,是有效、可行的。Objective: To investigate the effects of application of "guide teaching method" in Basic Nursing Science teaching. Method: "Guide Teaching Method" and "Traditional Teaching Method" were adopted in two groups respectively. The theory and skill performances scores were compared between the two groups. The evaluations of nursing students on the "Guide Teaching Method" were surveyed by self-designed questionnaire. Results: The scores of theory and skill performances of "Guide Teaching Method" group were better than "Traditional Teaching Method" group (P〈0.01), and there were significant difference in the evaluations. Conclusion: "Guide Teaching Method" is effective and feasible in Basic Nursing Science teaching. It can stimulate the learning interests of nursing students, inherit the humanistic spirits, and help training nursing students' abilities of using knowledge.
