摘　　要：目的:探讨班主任负责制在医院实习护生教学管理中的应用效果。方法:采用班主任负责制对实习护生开展教学管理,并评价其应用效果。结果:护生对教学组织、教学方法、师生关系的评价与实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对教学内容评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与实施班主任负责制前相比,实习护生锐器伤发生率及护理不良事件发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:班主任负责制在实施过程中使人员易于管理,并能改善师生关系,促进护生实习安全,提高医院护理教学水平,是一种值得推广的教学管理新方式。Objective： To explore the effects of the mentor system in management of nurse students in practical training. Methods： We implemented mentor system in nursing education in our hospital, and evaluate the effects.Results：After implementing the mentor system, the evaluation to teaching organization form, teaching skills, and relationship was significantly higher than before （P〈0.05）; the evaluation to teaching contents was not significantly different （P〉0.05）; and the rates of injury and nursing errors of students were significantly lower than before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The mentor system is easy to management and help to improve the relationship between students and nurses, promote nursing safety. It is also helpful in enhancing the nurses＇ teaching level.
