摘　　要：目的:了解护士对使用移动护理信息系统的满意度,为进一步推进移动护理信息系统的使用提供依据。方法:采用自行编制的护士使用移动护理信息系统满意度调查问卷对北京市某三级甲等综合医院的857名护士进行调查。结果:满意度得分排在前5位的是使用移动护理信息系统过程中护士长的支持力度、科室培训、患者身份识别、生命体征录入、保证患者安全方面的作用;排在后5位的是移动护理信息系统在提高护理工作效率方面的作用、手写功能、便携性、数据传送速度、网络稳定性。结论:护士对移动护理信息系统在患者身份识别、保证患者安全、生命体征录入、规范护理工作流程等方面的作用表示满意,但对无线网络的稳定性、PDA本身的性能及移动护理信息系统在提高护理工作效率方面的作用表示不满意,应通过改进PDA的软硬件,优化工作流程等措施提高护士使用移动护理信息系统满意度。Objective： To investigate the status of nurse＇s satisfaction with mobile nursing information system and provide evidence for promoting nurse＇s usage of mobile nursing information system. Methods： Totally 857 nurses from a general hospital in Beijing were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results： The top five score of nurse＇s satisfaction with mobile nursing information system was head nurse＇s support, department training, identification of patients, vital signs entry, and the role of patient safety. The last five score was efficiency of care, handwriting features, portability, speed of data transfer, and network stability. Conclusion： Under the support of department and head nurse, nurses believe that PDA can identify patient, ensure patient safety, record vital signs, and regulate nursing process. But nurses are not satisfied with network stability, PDA＇s own performance, and efficiency of care. So it is necessary to enhance nurse＇s satisfaction with mobile nursing information system through the improvement of PDA hardware, software, and optimizing workflow.
