替莫唑胺对胶质母细胞瘤化疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胶质母细胞瘤应用替莫唑胺化疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析接受替莫唑胺化疗的31例胶质母细胞瘤患者的临床疗效。结果所有患者均接受超过3个周期的替莫唑胺治疗,6个月有效率29.0%,无进展生存率64.5%。仅1例出现Ⅲ度骨髓抑制。结论胶质母细胞瘤手术和放射治疗后可以应用替莫唑胺化疗。Objective To discuss clinical results of chemotherapy with temozolomide in glioblastoma muhiforme. Methods The clinical results of 31 patients underwent chemotherapy with temozolomide in glioblastoma multiforme were retrospective analyzed. Results All of patients completed more than 3 circle chemotherapy with temozolomide. 6 -mon effective rate was 29.0% ,and 6 - mon progression - free survival rate was 64.5%. Only one case appeared myelosuppression. Conclusion Chemotherapy with temozolomidea is a good choice in glioblastoma multiforme after surgical and radical therapy.
