摘 要:目的 为了加强临床高级职称人员管理 ,提高医疗水平。方法 对高职称人员实施每年10 0分 ,5年 5 0 0分 ,5年不满 5 0 0分不能晋升高一级职称 ,提前达到 5 0 0分可提前晋升高一级职称的方法进行逐年考核积分。结果 新业务新技术、杂志发表论文、会议发表论文、科研成果分别从 1997年的5 6、138、93、5项增加到 1999年的 86、2 85、2 46、10项。合格人员从 1998年的 186名升到 1999年的 192名 ;低聘人员从 1998年的 5名降至 1999年的 3名。Objective To strengthen the management of clinical personnel with the title of a senior professional post so as to enhance the level of medical treatment. Methods The proficiency of medical personnel with the title of a senior professional post was assessed annually via a system of accumulation of points, with 100 points for 1 year and 500 points for 5 consecutive years. Those failing to accumulate 500 points by the end of the fifth year could not expect to be promoted to a higher post while those accumulating 500 points in less than 5 years could be promoted to a higher post before the end of the 5year term. Results The number of newly started services and techniques, theses published in journals, papers delivered at academic conferences and achievements in scientific research rose respectively from 56, 138, 93 and 5 in 1997 to 86, 285, 246 and 10 in 1999. The number of qualified personnel rose from 186 in 1998 to 192 in 1999 and the number of people appointed to posts lower than was consistent with their title dropped from 5 in 1998 to 3 in 1999. Conclusion Assessment via quantified accumulation of points has spurred clinical personnel with the title of a senior professional post to make achievements and enhance their professional level.
