摘  要:基于组织学习理论,研究三大组织学习要素,即组织学习源、组织学习方式和组织学习的外部环境,对企业自主技术创新的影响。利用270家中国企业的调研数据,得出结论:内部学习源对自主技术创新的促进作用强于外部学习源对其的促进作用。两种组织学习方式是不同学习源转化为企业自主技术创新的重要机制。组织学习的外部环境特征,环境动荡性,影响组织学习方式与企业自主技术创新间的关系。According to organizational learning theory, effects of three elements of organizational learning, which include learning sources, leaning modes and external environment of organizational learning, on indigenous technological innovation have been researched. By using the survey data from 270 firms operating in China, empirical results showed that compared with external source of organizational learning, internal source has a stronger influence on indigenous technological innovation. In addition, two modes of organizational learning were employed as a distinctive transformation mechanism between learning sources and innovation. What's more, market turbulence moderated the positive relationship between acquisitive learning and indigenous technological innovation, whereas technology turbulence moderates the positive relationship between experimental learning and indigenous technological innovation.
