摘　　要：报告1例透明细胞棘皮瘤。患者女,72岁。左踝外侧约豌豆大的孤立性结节30余年伴痒2年。皮损组织病理检查:表皮内可见边界清楚的肿瘤组织,瘤细胞胞质透明、肿胀。诊断:透明细胞棘皮瘤。A case of clear cell acanthoma is reported. The patient was a 72-year-old woman who presented with a solitary pea-sized nodule on the lateral side of the left ankle for about 30 years, and itching for 2 years. Histopathological examination revealed a well-circumscribed mass, like intraepidermal nests, which consisted of enlarged tumor cells with clear cytoplasm. The diagnosis was made as clear cell acanthoma.
