摘 要:目的 :探讨螺旋 CT在喉部病变中临床应用价值。方法 :2 9例喉部病变进行螺旋 CT扫描、多平面三维重建及 CT仿真内窥镜成像 ,并与纤维喉镜及病理对照研究。结果 :螺旋 CT轴位图像薄层重建、多平面三维重建、CT仿真内窥镜所见病变的形态学改变、与周围组织的关系及气道狭窄情况与纤维喉镜及术后病理相符合。结论 :螺旋 CT薄层重建分辨率明显提高 ,图像更加清晰。对观察病变的部位、与周围组织关系及气道狭窄 ,多平面三维重建是对轴位图像的很好补充。CT仿真内窥镜可分别从头端或足端入内观察喉腔结构 。Objective:To explore the clinical application of helical CT in larynx lesions.Methods:Helical CT scan,multiplanar three-dimensional reconstruction and CT virtual endoscopy 29 were performed in patients with larynx lesions.Their results were compared with fiber-optic laryngoscopy and pathological findings.Results:The morphological changes of larynx lesions,the striction of airway and their relationship to adjacent tissues observed by helical CT axial image reconstruction,multiplanar three-dimensional reconstruction and CT virtual endoscopy were similar to those of fiber-optic laryngoscopy and pathological findings.Conclusion:The sensitivity and accuracy of helical CT in diagnosing larynx lesions were significantly increased and the imanges were much more clearly than that of conventional CT.Multiplanar CT three-dimensional reconstruction is a good complementary technique to axial view in observing the location of lesions,their relationship to adjacent tissues and the striction of airway.CT virtual endoscopy can display the structure of larynx cavity either form above or form below.It is also a good complementary techinique to fiber-optic laryngoscopy.
