摘  要:【目的】探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活因子(uPA)及其抑制因子PAI-2蛋白的表达,分析两指标与临床病理学指标的关系。【方法】应用免疫组织化学方法检测108例NSCLC组织中uPA和PAI-2蛋白的表达,分析它们与性别、年龄、肿瘤的大小、癌的组织学类型、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、手术后总生存期的关系。【结果】108例NSCLC组织uPA和PAI-2的阳性率分别为38.9%和43.5%;uPA的表达在男性组和淋巴结转移组的阳性率分别明显高于女性组和无淋巴结转移组,且随着NSCLC临床分期的升高,uPA的阳性率也明显升高(P<0.05);鳞癌组织中PAI-2的表达明显较腺癌组织中高(P<0.05);uPA和PAI-2的表达均与术后生存期的长短有密切关系。【结论】NSCLC组织中uPA和PAI-2的表达与肿瘤的生物学行为有着密切关系,影响着患者的预后,对uPA和PAI-2蛋白表达的干预,可能可以改变NSCLC的预后。[Objective] To detect the expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-2 (PAI-2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and their relationships with clinicopathologic data. [Methods] We determined the immunohistochemical expression of uPA and PAI-2 in 108 NSCLC and their associations with patients' clinicopathologic characteristics, including smoking, tumor size, histological type, differentiation, lymphoid metastasis, and the survival time after operation. [Results] The expression rates of uPA and PAI-2 were 35.9% and 43.5%. The expression rate of uPA of the male group and the group with lymphoid metastasis was significantly higher than that of the female group and the group with non lymphoid metastasis, respectively (P 〈 0.05). With the increase of grading, the expression rate of uPA became higher. The expression rate of PAI-2 of the squamous cell carcinomas was significantly higher than that of adenocarcinomas (P 〈 0.05). Multivariate analysis and univariate analysis showed that the expression of uPA and PAI-2 were associated with the survival time after operation. [ Conclusion ] The expression of uPA and PAI-2 protein is associated with the biological behaviors of NSCLC and affects the prognosis. Interfering with expression of uPA and PAI-2 protein may change the prognosis.
