摘 要:【目的】建立基于共有等位基因数(A)的典型判别函数,并探讨其在叔侄鉴定中的应用。【方法】根据119对叔侄、119对无关个体的15个STR基因座的分型结果,计算每对个体的共有等位基因数(A)和叔侄指数(AI),进行统计学处理。【结果】共有等位基因数(A)在叔侄对和无关个体对中均符合正态分布。采用共有等位基因数(A)建立的典型判别函数=0.437A-5.268,判别叔侄和无关个体的平均准确率为80.7%;采用lg AI建立的典型判别函数=1.021 lg AI+0.051,平均准确率为82.8%,两者判别结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。【结论】依据共有等位基因数建立的典型判别函数的判别效能与ITO法相近,且计算简便、易于掌握,可以应用于叔侄关系鉴定。[ Objective ] To investigate the application of canonical discriminant function based on the number of shared allele in avuncular relationship identification. [ Methods ] A total of 119 pairs of avuncular group and 119 pairs of unrelated individuals were genotyped in 15 STR loci. The number of shared allele and avuncular index were calculated, and statistical calculation was carried out. [ Results ] The distribution of A in avuncular relationship pair group and unrelated individual pair group were in accord with normal distribution. Canonical discriminant function based on the A was Y= 0.437A-5.268, and the average correct percentage was 80.7%. Canonical discriminant function based on the lg AI was Y = 1.021 lg AI + 0.051, and the average correct percentage was 82.8%. There was no statistically significant difference between the Canonical discriminant function and ITO method (P 〉 0.05). [ Conclusion ]The power of Canonical discriminant function is similar with that of ITO method. Canonical discriminant function can be used in avuncular relationship identification.
