显微镜下Hotz法治疗瘢痕性睑内翻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨在显微镜下用Hotz术治疗瘢痕性睑内翻的优点。方法:对27例(44眼)沙眼引起的瘢痕性上睑内翻施行hotz氏术,切口线设计好后在显微镜下手术,部分患者合并显微镜下灰线切开法,观察术后反应及矫正效果。结果:全部患者术后内翻矫正,无成角畸形、倒睫残留,美容效果满意。术后随访6个月～3年,无1例复发。结论:显微镜下Hotz术治疗瘢痕性上睑内翻疗效好,并发症少,形态满意,扩大了手术适应证。Objective To investigaet the superiority of the Hotz for treatment of cicatricial entropion under microscope. Methods 27 patients （44 eyes） were treated hotz, we first designed the incision line,then did the operation under the microscope, some patients were combined with gray line incision under the microscope. Results After operation,all patients correction of entropion,have no angular deformity,no trichiasis residue and its beauty effect is satisfactory.After a follow-up of 6 months to 3 years,no recurrence. Conclusion Hotz under microscope for treatment of cicatricial entropion is an effective method,fewer complications,its morphology is satisfactory,and it expands the operation indications.
