摘　　要：目的:评价阻生上前牙矫治的临床疗效。方法:收集2007～2009年宝鸡市口腔医院正畸科收治的上前牙阻生矫治患者30例,阻生牙44颗,采用固定矫治器牵引矫治。结果:40颗阻生前牙牵引入牙弓,成功率91%。结论:前牙阻生应尽量采取保存治疗。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of correction to embedded upper anterior tooth. Methods 44teeth of 30 patients were included in this study. Orthodontic traction were used by fixed appliance. Results 40 embedded upper anterior teeth were treated successfully.The incidence of successful traction was 91%. Conclusion It is suggested that embedded upper anterior tooth should be treated conservatively whenever possible.
