摘　　要：地物散射模型与知识库系统是一个集典型地物散射模型库、目标后向散射特性数据库、地物的航空航天SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar)影像库为一体的综合SAR影像信息应用平台。本文在介绍了该系统的研究背景基础上,针对系统中SAR影像数据的管理问题,首先分析了系统中影像数据的特点,并对目前常用的两款利用关系型数据存储和影像数据管理商用软件ArcSDE(Spatial Data Engine)和GeoRaster进行了简要介绍;接着通过对比分析试验表明,采用ArcSDE软件更适合管理本系统的SAR影像数据;最后针对SAR影像数据的特征,从系统结构、存储结构和存储模型3个角度说明ArcSDE10管理SAR影像数据的方式。Features of scattering model and knowledge base system is an integrated SAR images application platform,which is an agglomeration of the scattering models for special targets,the data base of its corresponding backscattering property and the airborne and spaceborne SAR（Synthetic Aperture Radar） image.Based upon the introduction of the research background and focusing on the management of the SAR images in this system,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of the images in the system,then presents two commonly used commercial software：ArcSDE（Spatial Data Engine） and GeoRaster,which store and manage image data by relational database.Furthermore,with the comparative analysis,it indicates that the ArcSDE software is more suitable for the system to manage the SAR images.Finally,according to the characteristics of SAR image data,the management method based on ArcSDE10 is illustrated from three aspects,including system structure,storage structure and storage model.
